Yoga, meditation, and relaxation practices are an excellent way to relieve stress and practice self-care. By being more fully present, aware, and relaxed in our daily lives, a greater sense of peace and comfort can take place. Learning how to meditate can relieve a lot of symptoms. Some of these symptoms include: Stress, anxiety, anger, depression, chronic pain,  grief/loss, GI discomfort, fatigue, high blood pressure, and some heart conditions.  The list is truly endless in how meditation can help you.
